Delete your My Fairy Goals account

You can delete your My Fairy Goals account and all its data at any time, free of charge.

In the app

Open the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete account.
Confirm with Delete.

Your account and its data are deleted straight away, and you are signed out.

Without the app

Send an e-mail to [support@…] with the subject “Delete my My Fairy Goals account”. If you signed in with Google, write from that Google address or name it in the e-mail, so we can find your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

your account and sign-in
your profile (name, age, job, hobbies, about me)
your goals, steps, sessions and reminders
your garden: flowers, fairies and energy
the daily counter of AI suggestions

What is kept

Records of Premium purchases that tax law requires us to keep (up to 10 years). Payments themselves are handled by Google Play or the App Store, not by us. Backups are overwritten within [30] days.

Playing as a guest?

Delete it in the app as described above. A guest account is not linked to your name or e-mail, so we cannot find it from an e-mail. Guest accounts that are not used for [24] months are deleted automatically.
